Fridge Pickles Shawns

1 Servings

2 Cup Water
2 Cup White vineger
5 Tsp Sugar
3 Tsp Salt
1 Pinch Red pepper flakes
2 Tsp Pickling spice
1 Handfull fresh dill(per jar)

Bring to a boil, let it simmer for a few minutes, kill the heat and
let slowly cool while stiring every so often.

Throw dill in a mason jar, pack with cucumber slices, pour over mix
and let cool. Put lid on and re fridge for up to 4 weeks.

This also works for pickled eggs, just leave out the dill and
boil/peal the eggs first.
